myPETRA.ai (“the Service”) is a web application that provides access to a virtual wellness consultant (Petra) and personalized recommendations inspired by the doTERRA philosophy. The Service is operated by MYTERRA LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account and using the Service, you accept these Terms.

• You must provide accurate information at registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.

• We offer a free trial plan (Essential — 7 days, no card) and paid plans (Gold — 19 €/month, Platinum — 29 €/month).
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

For digital services, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for EU consumers may end once you start actively using the Service, with your express consent. The free 7-day period lets you test the Service at no cost.

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes; copy, distribute or resell the content; attempt unauthorized access to the systems; use the Service for commercial purposes without a written agreement.

The Service is intended for personal, individual use, in a reasonable volume corresponding to normal use by a single person. Automated or bulk use (scripts, bots), sharing the account with others, or reselling access are not allowed. In case of use that significantly exceeds reasonable personal use or indicates abuse, MYTERRA LLC may limit, slow down or temporarily suspend access to protect availability and quality of the Service for all users.

Petra’s recommendations and the myTERRA Wellness Index are guidance to support wellness. They do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. For any condition or persistent symptom, consult a doctor.

The content, methodology, scoring structure, protocols and recommendations of the myTERRA Wellness Index and myPETRA are the exclusive property of MYTERRA LLC.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MYTERRA LLC is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits consumers’ mandatory rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence apply in addition.
