myPETRA.ai is a service developed and operated by MYTERRA LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“myTERRA”, “we”, “the operator”). For any questions about your personal data, contact us at contact@mypetra.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it and your rights. It applies to users in the European Union (under GDPR) and the United Arab Emirates (under UAE Federal Law no. 45/2021 on personal data protection).

• Account data: email address, name (if you provide one), password (stored encrypted).
• Subscription data: chosen plan (Essential / Gold / Platinum), subscription status, next payment date.
• Payment data: processed exclusively by our payment provider. We do not store your card details; we keep only a customer identifier.
• Conversations: messages exchanged with the virtual consultant Petra, to provide recommendations.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, usage data, via cookies and similar technologies.

• Creating and managing the account — basis: contract performance.
• Providing the service and personalized recommendations — basis: contract performance.
• Processing payments and subscriptions — basis: contract performance.
• Service-related communications — basis: contract performance / legitimate interest.
• Improving and securing the service — basis: legitimate interest.
• Marketing communications — basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To run the Service we rely on digital service providers that process data strictly on behalf and on the instructions of MYTERRA LLC (hosting, authentication, payment processing and the virtual consultant infrastructure). These providers are contractually required to protect the data and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be transferred and processed outside your country, including between the European Union and the United Arab Emirates, and in other countries where our service providers are located. In such cases we apply appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

We keep data as long as you have an active account, and afterwards only for the period necessary for legal, accounting or dispute resolution obligations. When you delete your account, associated data is deleted or anonymized.

Under GDPR and UAE law, you have the right to: access your data; rectify incorrect data; delete data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption, access control, compliant providers). We encourage you to use a strong password.

The Service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
